The space

We can’t wait to host you in our lovely 1 Bedroom Condo in Louisville! Conveniently located close to Frankfort Ave., you’ll love being within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Spend days visiting the Waterfront Botanical Gardens, enjoying a picnic at Waterfront Park, or playing golf at Crescent Hills Golf Course!

Our 715 sq.ft. condo has 1 BEDROOM with 1 Queen bed.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM with a shower/tub combo. We’ll provide you with towels and toiletries. Keep your clothes clean with the in-suite washer and dryer.

After exploring the city, retreat to our bright LIVING ROOM. Curl up on the comfy sofa and watch your favorite show on the TV with streaming services or connect with friends using the complimentary Wi-Fi. You can get all your work done at the desk. In the evening, step out onto the shared balcony and enjoy some fresh air.

In the KITCHEN, you’ll find a stove, an oven, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, cooking utensils, and dishes and cutlery. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

You’re sure to enjoy your stay at our comfortable condo! You can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool (open May to September).

You’ll find FREE outdoor parking available on-site if you’re traveling by car.
