The space

We can’t wait to host your group in our comfortable 3 Bedroom House for 6 in Kentucky! Ideally situated in Louisville, you’ll love being close to parks, museums, top attractions, and entertainment. Spend your days exploring the city and enjoying the local cuisine before returning to our space in the evening to unwind. Our property comfortably sleeps 6 guests, but can accommodate up to 7!

Our 984 sq. ft. detached family home has 3 BEDROOMS, featuring 1 Queen bed in each bedroom. You can also find a couch in the living area to accommodate an additional guest.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM which features a tub and shower combo. We’ll provide you with towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries. You can keep your clothes clean with the in-suite washer and dryer!

After a fun day outside, retreat to our bright and cozy LIVING AREA. Curl up on the couch and watch your favorite shows on the Roku TV, or plan your next adventure using the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the early evening, step out onto the large private backyard and sit on the deck to enjoy the fresh air with a glass of wine.

In the full KITCHEN, you’ll find an oven, a gas range stove, a microwave, a full size fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and basic cooking products (salt/pepper/oil). Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee maker! For dinner, grill up a delicious meal on the charcoal BBQ grill, located in the backyard. You can enjoy all your meals at the dining table.

You’re sure to enjoy your stay at our lovely home! If you’re traveling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE outdoor parking available on-site. Please note, guests need to pull all the way up to the rear of the home and not block the driveway or the garage, as the garage in the rear of the property should always be accessible to the owner.

Enjoy a hot cup of coffee and tasty breakfast at ZEGGZ, a 3 minute drive away. Pick up your groceries from the nearby Kroger, located a 7 minute drive away. If you don’t feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious Mexican meal at Taco City, or some pizza at Coals Artisan Pizza; both only a 3 minute drive away. Plan a visit to the Kentucky Science Center, or the Kentucky Derby Museum!

Other things to note

• If you’re traveling by car, complimentary outdoor parking is available. Please note, guests need to pull all the way up to the rear of the home, and not block the driveway or the garage. Garage in the rear of the property should always be accessible to the owner

• The TV is a Roku TV. Feel free to watch what you want or download new apps
• Charcoal is not provided for the charcoal grill
• We supply Keurig pods!
• Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm EST
• Please note late check-outs will result in a fee of $50/hour
